Ceremony Information
Your ceremony can take place in any one of our unique venue options.  If you choose the Amphitheater for your ceremony, rehearsals on Friday from the months of June through October must be held prior to 12:00pm or on the Thursday prior to your event.
 
Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial non-refundable deposit of thirty precent (30%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed agreement.

Guest Accommodations
We include a courtesy block of (10) sleeping rooms for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. If additional rooms are needed, they must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
